Thanks man, yup, bog standard rear bumper, I had nice spats on the drift 180 but destroyed it rubbing against tyre walls in tynagh so there not much good.but I kinda like with small standard bumper naked.Quote:

went throught the thread there, lovely car, I want it!
So I got it back on the road today, fitted the 14" starsharks to the front and 15"meshs to the rear, messed around with ride height and that's about as low as I can get it.
Fitted the pignose front bumper and chuki skirts but just didn't look right with the small wheels so I'll have to polish the viennas before I fit them. For the moment I'm sticking with the small wheels. It's impossible to eliminate arch gap with small wheels unfortunately

Lash the 15 inch meshes on the front with slightly lower profile tires and go buy a pair of nice size 16's for the rear like a pair of long champs or watts and you'll be the winner of all the internet forever more my good man

Soo Maurice to the rescue!! My buddy loaned m e 15s for a lil while and it's so much better with them, there cst demon cambers, 15x7.5 et5, they suit it perfect, now I'm running the meshs with a 20mm bolt on spacer on front and cst' on back with no spacer.
I'm happy with it..and I lowered it more..

Well Pete, I'll be honest the front is rubbing the ground and the exhaust is no more then 2 inches off the ground..no exaggeration.i cannot physical go any lower , I'm running low profile tyre too so that why I've arch gap galore:/ 195/45/15 in front and 195/50/15 in rear.
its like owning an mx5 i guess :P just the back looks quite far up or something..any way you can pull the exhaust up closer to the body at the back and wind her down! or bigger tyres!? these are 15s too!

So petert I lowered it more but fitted bigger tyres so the body's gone lower but the car has stayed the same height. I fitted 195/55/15s to the front and 195/60/15s to the rear. It's the perfect height for a daily. This is the way it will stay for a whole until I can afford a full respray with pignose and recon for the viennas.

Ya definitely man, I'm only 45mins from Killarney myself so I'll take this down for a look. Must change rear tyres this evening and clean it.

Polished the lips on the meshes, fitted pignose lip and changed tyres, lowered more and got bit more camber in front. I'm a happy guy
