Its not even close to being mapped fully yet cos i ran out of time, but even from how its running at the min im loving it. Im not sure if its the new boost controller or new intake setup or a combo of both but there is a shit lot less lag. As soon as i can il get a full map on it and stick it back on the rollers and see what its putting out :)Quote:

it was grand before its last day out in mondello, no oil around the turbine and only a little play. Now theres a nice bit of oil caked onto it and about 3mm of forward/back play.
ive got 2 weeks off now and with the timing of these fuck ups im thinking of pulling out the engine during the week and getting it ready for some nicer internals and a different turbo

im not sure yet to be honest lad. Im looking into getting this rebuilt, just to see how much. And looking at some holsets. The hx30's only seem good for 350ish and the hx35s are bastards to spool with a sr. So god knows yet

i think im gonna def be rebuilding it now man. Its a hks3037 tubby which is basically a gt3076r with a hks exhaust housing. but for some fecking reason its a t25. Ive read thats its a t3 but decided to measure it the flange and it is def not a t3.
Il have to wait till 2m to ring a couple of places but gonna be around the 600 mark for a rebuild i think

gotta get some prices on it 2m. Engine is coming out at the weekend for a full rebuild. Gonna keep the compression as high as we can and let the e85 keep things right :cool:
few complains about e85 lately wit it not being consietent just be careful tats the reason my skyline is not mapped for it yet;)Quote:
