And dose that fit straight on to the sr cause have a ae86 relocation plate in the garage ? is there a difference in the threads on the black tops and red tops cause we tried it on a black top and wont fit ????

The Toyota oil filter 90915-10001 has a thread pattern of 3/4"-16

The Nissan oil filter 15208-70J00 also has a thread pattern of 3/4"-16 (Non VVT)

The Nissan oil filter 15208-3J400 has a thread pattern of M 20x1,5 (VVT)

That could be your problem

his is a red top he used a nissan sandwitch plate and then just used all the rest ....
