Yeah I'm excited myself Andrew! Still keepin it all yeah! Thanks man! Should have an old school jap paint job come summer too! Loving the look of your 33 it's mean!
I know that the paint won't be everyone's taste, but I can't help loving it. I'd also be open to suggestions but I'm nearly set on this! Pics are for inspiration

Haha I had them paid for immediately! Didn't think they'd hang about!
This should be back on the road next week. Should be..
Sprayed the 326 wing! Paints a bit thin but it'll do as I plan on doin a full respray eventually. No drips tho which is good.
Looking forward to seeing this complete. Its old form was right down my alley too
Parted out
Ciaran hit a bit of a speedbump with the wiring, he had it all done and ready to fire up, but the coils were getting no power. After inspection came about that it was an auto Ecu. We reckon the Ecu was looking for the car to be in P or N on an auto box so it wouldn't start. Another problem he saw coming up would be the abs unit is inside the neo Ecu, which could cause problems as my car hasn't got abs. So the solution was to get a r33 rb25det s2 Ecu and loom, which Rory supplied me with the following day! All that will need changing really is the pin outs for top feed injectors on the neo. Fingers crossed this is it!!!
Exciting update, well for me anyway. The car is running!!
Happy days Tom
Cheers eoin! Fairly big deal for me bein my first project and all! Just a few bits left until I get it home and stick all the parts on!
Great to hear dude
Sweet! Looking forward to seeing this on the tar man, good job!
Cheers lads! Should be at the next auto heroes! Might not be on track but it'll be there regardless! Felt like the day would never come that it would start!
Small update, mx5markey made me these stickers, love them!
The car is finally back on the road!!!
Ciaran Gem Synnott did great work on the car so many thanks to him! The engine is running sweet as a nut and everything else is perfect too. Its boosting at .7 now and it feels great. The only thing thats on my list to change is the welded diff to an lsd, the wheel hopping when I'm parking is a tad annoying! It really transformed the car and I couldn't be happier! I'm also glad too say I am now finished with making changes too the car (bar the diff) until I finish college next year. It had been a long, stressful journey, but 100% worth it. I'll throw the kit and everything on at the weekend and get photo's up then.
Delighted man. looking forward to some pics
glad to hear dude, welcome to the boooost. your foot will be welded to the floor now ha ha
Was An unholy cunt of a night to drive home.
Thought it was an imposter when I went past ye, no mistaking that car though.
Great to hear it's motoring, properly messy machine
Turn the plates upside down, leave the welder in and drive the cunt hole out of it
Cheers lads!
Haha Rory I was wondering if that was your chaser! Its pretty messy, but does everything it should! Bit of a missile haha. But sure thats how I like it!!
all i say is yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees!!
Boost is like the build up to Christmas as a child. Cant get enough of the turbo flutter!! Also it hangs so easily, and is really controllable! I was a bit nervous havin only driven something 300hp once and this time I've a welded diff, but I over thought it, its nothing but fun!!
All the interior is back together now, have to say I love it in there, all that's missing is some gauges but they'll come!

Well done! Now has the go to match the show! Looks cool as fuck! Tbh for me only thing I'd change are the mirrors! Have you any plans for a uras rear bumper or spats?
Cheers dave! The mirrors are s14 ones I think, so they dont fit great, but they are a hell of a lot better than the standard bricks that were hanging off it before! Plan to get a genuine set at some stage. As for the rear bumper, I'd like to get one, but doing this during college is just too much really, for now I just want to enjoy the car and spend a few quid on enjoying other things too! Havent even been able to buy a phone so I'm using a 20 quid chocolate bar that doesn't even have a working screen! When I finish college these things will get done along with a paint job!
I'm just glad that I could create the perfect r33 for me looks and functionality wise! It's a weight off me having this much complete, now its time to hit the sauce!
