i agree with everything you have said but why use a championship spec car to learn in and do rings around a cone!
there are people out there that buy the top cars, cant use them for what they are made for, then an ex D! car is seen doing rings and people not in the know put 2 and 2 together and get 7 then drifting suffers because the unknowing public think drifting happens at the crossroads sown the road from their house
yeh thats what i need! its when ya dream of having a car like that all the time, then you see one going around in circles being cheered on by spotty faced teens drinking cans and shouting hoop the coupe, then the car just seems less appealing!haha. or something. anyways, its the internets, its cool to give out:D
^^^i do totaly agree in what your saying aswell lads....i no if your only learning why pay 10k plus for a top spec car or whatever....but at the end off the day theres always lads who want the savage car and what 2 learn how 2 drift and will buy the big spec yoke cause thats what they want....it is a bit silly but only from the point off view off some who can drift or thinks they can anyhow....if it was coming from a lad that could only do the same he would be saying fare play savage..but if it was coming from anyone else it would...what a fuckin muppet......it easy 2 say aww that car would be so much better in the likes off my hands and be drivin like it should be..but at the end off the day like i said people get high and mighty cause they think there someone special!!
200sx saved me a lot of typing. Top man. :D
why do you care what the un knowing public think?
people that dont know wont care regardless and will still tar everyone with the same brush even if you sat them donw and explained the differences so why worry about it.
as for buying a top spec car to start out. if you can afford it why not.
i wouldnt have bought a shitty 206 to learn to drive in if i could have afforded a BMW at the time.
if he is only learning and decides to stick it out, he wont have to pump loads more time and cash into a car to make it good.
and if he doesnt stick it out, his car will be easier to shift on then had he bought a rough standard spec yoke and modded it half arsed.
ewwwwwwwwww
