Bluesrule mentioned it a good 2 yr ago use the 595's and there good even better again are the rsr I'm sure the pro lads would have a lot more opinions on it but for me they do fine it's all about your suspension set up and tyre pressures, them factors make a massive difference it's hard for street as they cool and heat up with driving but no complaints so far and I'm on a limited budget.
Would be good to see what people are using and what pressures.
I think using non grip tyres on the front is limited to the people who know how their car will react when they position it a certain way and for a driver who has little experience it would just be disaster as in no control and make them panic.
As for Backwards entry's, ye need massive amount of speed to be anyway decent and at that your exit speed is seriously hard to maintain with 300ish bhp but sure it looks cool and I might have bent a subframe trying them on rsr's but running shit tyres for the sake of it i wouldn't bother.

What the lads said about Alignment is dead right, makes a day and night difference! You need to go somewhere with a 4 wheel system, most ordinary garages wouldn't have that, where about are you from? Also have you adjustable arms?
Not going to get into it but you also need decent tyres up front if you want to get proper angles and hold it there..flicking the car into a power slide is different, I can do that in a transit ffs! Maxsport or any semi slick if you have a few Bob or else check treadwear rating on tyres in your local garage, 595s are 280 and I find them very good at 25ish psi

yup... alignment makes the world of difference too. People can't believe the grip and power of my car and i put it all down to having the right supension parts and tyres.
