yea the omex is a serious bit of kit,has everything you could possibly need on her.we're going up the north to collect it tonight:cool::D
Wouldnt say there was a whole lot of weight saved there.

good choice with the omex cant go wrong there...
no not really but every little helps man:Dabout 2kg was lost with the rear inner quarters,we still have to do the doors as well;)
probably the cause of the engine failure to be honest man:p

lightweight crank pulley and tooted wheel for crank sensor for ecu:D

now whats left to do is fit the oil cooler,get engine back in after being rebuilt.rewire entire car(full race setup),get final drive,order wider wheels,change diff to 1.5way and get a new front bumper.
then get the car down to martin Treacys:D
Thats a right good kit, everything in it!
And yes an oil cooler is a MUST on them.
Just thought I'd update everyone on this project.The owner went to Australia so it was on a go slow for a while but he's back now with more money to throw at itbt:)

This is only one coat,we've to do it all over again cause we ran outta primer,then she's getting sprayed properly.Theres a whole lot more being done as well,just gradually getting back into itbt:)
More progress from last night and and today
Got the fibreglass dash from Mcn sport and got it fitted and sprayed.
got the centre panel made,put switches in and got that sprayed.
Refitted the seat to be lower because the new one we bought is slightly higher
and we started to fit the rear diffuser
