Need some info on 1JZ engines for 180sx build

All comments being taken into account lads..

@ gem.. I have everything you listed bar the FPR.. How much abuse will an internally standard blacktop non vvt engine take in prodrift?? The Toyota is forged.. I understand the 100 quid here and there thing.. It doesn't be long adding up.. It has happened me before and that's what I'm tryin to avoid this time by looking for a price on a full set up in one go from christy leaving only cooler, prop, mounts, rad etc.. If I could price the full conversion fairly close to finished product id have a better chance.. But I'm just thinkin as a base for more power in the future.. Plus from what I've seen and heard, with big power in an sr20 comes useless sr20 gearboxes and an rb25 box is needed to take it.. That's probably another grand to add.. I'm just tryin to factor all that in.. If I make the plunge now i have the forged base and strong box.. Maybe I'm wrong..

If your building this on a budget then you'll be better off buildin an SR or your going to spend more time building it than actually driving it......

I have the one via there to get a couple of drift days in along the way. I was planning on doin the 180 in the background and just jump from one car to the other when the time comes.. No waiting

They wouldn't be too common in fairness.. That was my effort at bein a bit different in a world of civics and Integra's.. HA...
