small update for ste, he dropped over a set of wheels to me yesterday to be sprayed, anyways here they are only out of the box

lil bit of an update here, finally bit the bullet few weeks ago and decided to try pd next year so had few things to do to get car ready..
first thing to do was sell my bolt in cage and replace it with a weld in cage so i stripped out my car so to have it ready for the new cage

so after 2 weeks on a waiting list the car went to TDP for a full weld in cage, this is it after i got it back

robbie also kindly lowerd and mounted my seat rail into a more comfortable position for me..
this is a low budget build so no fancy spraying for me just simple hammerite:)

i gathered up a few other small bits while car was away, just bonnet pins,pull cable, boot latches, magnetic sump plug, new dished suede wheel and cut off switch so just fitted the steering wheel as i was puttin car back together..
i also had to respray the boot floor after the cage was done as im prob too fussy about things and just lagged the cage where i think your legs and head may hit:rolleyes:

i picked this up at a savage price off silvertooth its a shotgun system runs without any restrictions from down pipe back, love the sound and flamage

had it out in mondello yesterday car went fine just having issues with slippin clutch evertime i hit third even in the wet so new clutch will be needed before its out again...
