looking good man, nct is a big weight of your shoulders. was the original ecu fried?
it was covered on mould and corrosion! so changed ecu and started no problem.

Lack of cowling on your fan wasn't helping the heating situation
the cowling for some reason wouldnt fit without a severe amount of cutting so it wouldnt have been anyway near stable..
Ok so it been a while since i posted. Back in the money pit called college! few niggly bits to get done im not sure about my skirts anymore dont get me wrong they look ok but id nearly throw on the old ones for japfest and lower the car to the last. smoother lines. need to change the tie rods or track rods as shes throwing the car about a little. also got new top mounts as mine are banging like fuck.
ok so car died in traffic started spluttering. no power. got it sorted at chamber performance in dublin. the altenator was fine. bad connections on the poles. simple fix. few brighter headlight bulbs and new filter replacement. had to get a recovery truck.

thanks derek, got the front extended wheel threads done friday night its just a matter of getting thing done with work and college and just life in general. considering taking her of the road for the winter and using my daily corolla.
Workin on a car with work and college is a nightmare. Especially with it gettin dark early now! I should have been finished mine long ago Ive just done nothin haha

been a while with college and placement and xmas and new years and getting a new partner haha! shes into cars and wants to learn so she will have her hands full! right properly fecked off over the car as ive no shed its outside dark cold and wet! shes on axlestands at the front so i wont put up pics as it might break hearts!
ive lights out bonnet off frontmount and piping battery afm and filter off and power steering resevoir done. hard to have motivation when your on your own at this i want to do the bay too so hence the strip so silver lining.
getting 1.6 mm cosworth head gasket and arp head bolts also finally fit my hardrace engine mounts and tidy the block by painting it just a matter of labelling and stripping back. all to have a summer car. rear works will be coming to the front so find wider for the rear also fit the new topmounts ive been meaning to for ages and spray the skirts and find the bn widebody front bumper!http://i1374.photobucket.com/albums/...ps64fnd7wa.jpg

thanks lads lots of things on my mind with it its love, want to have her looking low and stanced yet do a track day and not freak over blowing an engine or wrecking the kit yet take it to a wedding and it to be seen as a sports car not a "boy racer car" as narrow minded fools would call it. want to have roadtrips with herself and just enjoy it.
ill always have her and by the time ive my degree in 2 years she should be fully completed then its real world like a house etc. the otdoors is not the place to build a car realy but thats life.

defo look into getting a unit spot somewhere etc. it will help big time!

no units around lady89 trust me ive looked and im doing it all on my own so im doing what i can when i can so see areas for improvement so got more into this now and started removing easy bits and bobs. labelled the plugs with tippex to there connections so will know what goes where to remove and reconnect them. down pipe engine mounts and driveshaft by the diff to do but waiting on a crane still! not enough hours in the day. went to mondello for autoheroes three met david conlon and dave speers had a good time. serious motivation got! also finally tried the spacers on one side and i need a 50 mm!

rocker stoppers arp headbolts and cosworth headgasket 1.6mm got, so depressed over no shed and every fecking bolt seems to be hardship.but good news regarding the car its a surprise so hopfully it works out!
