It depends on the td05. A td05 16g in an evo can make around 380bhp at least. It depends on the one you have

That's right, an evo twin scroll td05 with big 16g wheel and 10.5 version can push up to 400 bhp, 1.8's have seen 380 out of them.

TD04 is more like t28/t28rs, they spool quick enough but will need custom map. It was tried on CA18det (subaru version of td04), easy enough to do with some conversion plates and custom downpipe but engine blew after 150 miles or so due to cutting corners on chips or injectors. Is the td-04 top mount? Or will it work with the standard manifold? Have you got any bits for it to fit an sr?

td04's come standard on volvo 940's :D
