I've never seen them crack unless they've been hit off something.

I had rota's on the R32 for over 4 years and they didn't even have a buckle.

Irish roads are shite=Fucked wheels. Simples

Ive had Rotas delivered cracked.

Was fluke that it was noticed on this occasion so Id not blame the tyre fitter tbh.

I just double check twice ever since.

Live & learn.

Too late once tyre is fitted.
But it has to get an impact somewhere along the way to crack.
