I was told to plumb in the hydro ( on the DW hydro the front outlet on the hydro cyl is for the rear brakes and the back outlet is from the master cyl, i know you would think its the other way but its not) as normal, just plumb it in & bleed the calipers normally with the foot brake and the hydro will bleed with them without having to touch it :confused:
duno if its right or not tho... never had to do it!
the hydro wont bleed properly unless you pull it wen your bleed the pedal
but your rite bout how the lines fit!!
Done this method and got grate pressure on the pedal but not brilliant on the hand brake but a lil betterQuote:

keep bleedin it few more times should get more pressure ...ebc yellow stuff are really good project mu as supposed to be good too
Go to the CO-OP and get an animal feeding syringe and a piece of clear ruber pipe.
Put the pipe on the end of the syringe.
Empty your brake master cylinder.
Fill the syringe with brake fluid.
Hold vertical and allow any air bubbles to go to the top and out.
Open the bleed nipple with the rubber pipe on it and squeeze the fluid until it appears at the other end with no bubbles.(might need a 2nd person)
Repeat for the other side.
Dont this a load of times and it works absolutely mint,takes all of 30 seconds a side.
Mechanic tried his pressurized yoke but got a shite result and this way it works.
P.S What kind of brake caliper/steup have you got on the rear?
We've had this problem with a couple of cars, found that the best way is to give the system one good bleed and then even though everything still feels spongy, drive the car around for a couple of days, then do it again. Youll find that the air that seamingly wasn't in the system has all gone to the back and will shoot out after the second bleed. Works every time.
this worked for me, kept bleeding and still stayed spongy then after a few drives gave it a bleed and much betterQuote:
