in mine its in the slots on the back of the spokes one slot has 18x9.5 the other et12 and the other 5x114.3

To measure;

You need to take the tyre off to do it accurately.

Put the wheel on a flat surface, face down (gently!;))
put a straight edge on the top of the wheel.
Measure distance from edge to ground (i.e. the width of the outside of the wheel)
Measure distance vertically from straight edge to hub face.

Those are all the measurements you need.
Then:
Halve the width. Theis is the distance to the 'centreline' of the wheel. The offset is the distance from the centreline to the hub face.
Subtract this figure from the distance to the hub face.

This will leave you with the offset :)
