No prob in Poland where it's registered according to numberplate. Can't see issues with insuring it over there as well. Different world of motoring. I'd imagine that if cops caught him doing 240km/h plus they would have a look at the car and sayin' yum yum let him go with 100 euro fine which would be normal.
