so if its not the RB sound ya want, but a standard RB, with satandard powaaaa
is it just cause the RB would be more free revving?

I'm in the same boat as yourself man, i REALLY wana RB my yoke, not just for the noise, well actually alot is cause of the noise but the RB's are hugely strong and have massive tuning potential..
Weight is one thing putting me off, all that extra weight up front i think would effect the steering, making it stiffer and unbalancing the car..
Cutting the bulkhead and moving the engine back slightly is one option but alot of fabrication!
The SR is a good engine, easy enough to get 400 reliable horsepower and mated to an RB box, its great for drifting.. Just sounds dead though compared to an RB, ha!
