sr20det oil filter (blueprint adn12112)

sweet looking cars there...

ive heard this storey happing a few times but really dont buy into this "you have to buy a nissan filter"

ive been using halfords filters for 3 years HOF285.. ive changed the oil a hell of alot of times and NEVER had ANY issuses...

to oil filter on an sr is is a poxy place and its a mixture of people not tightening them properly or with the old rubber ring left in place..

ADN12112 is for the newer VVT equiped sr20's

ADN12110 is the one you need for the non vvt sr's


As for buying genuine filters, There is simply no difference between a good quality aftermarket filter(like blueprint) and a Nissan boxed filter.

The problem is generally motor factors not haveing specific knowalage about specific fitments.

Basically if you want the correct filter for a 180sx ask for one from a sunny gti-r or a micra k12/k11(adn12110)

For a UK/jdm s14/15 sr20 you'll be right with the UK 200sx listing.

do ye not have oil pressure gauges as you said there was a trail of oil so obviously ye were driving for a bit wit no oil?? savage 180s i must say the colour and wheels on both are savage.

i hate 180sx's but fuk me there savage:) they have the real american jap look:)
