Speaking of which though, myself and darragh were tinkering last night, took off a pipe on the hot side of turbo, which went to some sensor and back to afm. blocked it off and drove it, didnt seem any differant. but it was only after a while the light came on. ie, an hour or so.

That light is definitely lambda! So it probably is triggering a limp mode or something to save itself after we went fiddling with the branch!!
reading on the volvo forums, when that light is on, it doesnt actualy do anything...bar tell you that something is up with it! I must check the inlet pipe problem that aparently is common on them...its crumples in under ful boost once hot!
