I didn't really. Asked Gem to try get Robbie to make me rear camber arms ages ago, but it came to nothing. Anyways, we need upper A arms for the rear of our cars to get proper camber adjustment. The ones I bought from australia which were supposedly camber arms are just adjustable toe arms really. I reckon you would need the three bottom arms adjustable to get some decent camber going on, but they work out the same price as a set of Ikeya Formula upper A arms.
If you want more lock with good size wheels, you have to get JZX110 front tension rods with the kink in them first, then try rod spacers and shit, but you'll probably burst the rack seals first.
If I ever get serious about this drifting lark I'll probably make an effort to get arms sorted. :)

I ran wide, which wasn't hard to do because the area to drift in was quite small, and hit one of the fences that run around the horse race track. They're filled with cement so are quite sturdy. JZX quarter panels are made from cheese and fold fairly easily. That's both sides banged now. :(

Haven't updated this since Pd. Basically had a nightmare learning how to change gear while drifting and initiating at such a high speed. I managed to link the track a couple of times so I was happy enough with that aspect.
Only three drifting pictures surfaced from the day so you know I drove shite. Lol.

I've reached a bit of a crossroads with the car now. I've done everything with it, family trips, foreign trips, commuting, grip days, drift days, and PD. So, I think it might have to be sold, or fixed up. Sentimental value is a bitch and making it hard to get rid, but my head is saying don't throw anymore money into it.
Ah don't give up! If you put just a little more into it you'd be there, it's a breath of fresh air to see somethin different like this. Stick at it!
A respray, more lock, arches, more power, it's more than a little. :)
Dale b on driftworks is sellin extra lock, stavros has brand new holsetts capable of 500 bhp+, paint and arches is cosmetic, a car like this can be rough and still look awesome.Quote:

Haven't updated this in a while because it has basically just sat in the shed since last year. Decided to try a couple of colours on the wings and bumpers, settled on grey, so if I get the car sprayed up in March it'll be going grey.
Bought some XXR 527's in 18x9.75 and 18x8.75. I'm not entirely satisfied with them yet but hopefully they'll grow on me. The main thing is they fit, which after the grief of trying to drift with the tyres constantly stuck to the arches last year, is a major plus.

2pac red or yellow car deserves a stand out colour
The only problem I can see is the grey and the wheels and wheel colour are exact same as jays 14 ha.
I actually like the look of the wheels against it good stuff!

Ya, Jay had said grey was his colour alright, but he is changing the wheel colour so that should be ok. Midnight purple would be top of the list if it was a road car, but something cheap to touch up is what's needed for a track yoke.
