really starting to like these an this is a very inspiring for me because im maybe thinkin of buyin one when i get the money but just wondering whats the insurance like on one of these because im 18 soon n i hope to have my full licence before im 18, would you say it would be possible to get insured on a 1.6 one of these if i had my full n was 18?

Not a hope of it mate to tell you the truth. Im 23 with a full licence and no claims, and they said I'd have to be 30 before they'll insure me. So I got a classic policy with this and my Gti on it! And then the normal policy for the Merc and open drive.






Also a small update on this. It has now been moved to a new secret location, where the remainder of the work will be completed!

I was told the same as the car wasnt in my name, but I'm going to get my dad to vrt it and try get a classic policy on it. Dont know if thats possible though as its a 93! How old does a car have to be to get a classic policy?
