having the same problem in work having to bake cars twice before we can buff them great build by the way great to see someone who puts the proper effort in:DQuote:

ive 4 infra red heaters there mounted on the wall s and and intake on the roof and to extraction s on the back wall cant remember any spec of fans or heaters i had it worked out when it was built but thats a few years ago now it can get to 40-45C if i remember correct, does the job perfect just wash the whole thing down everytime i spray and have constant water running along the floor to keep dust down
ye i always loved the red was lookin through some old pictures of it thats what convinced me to go back to the red

first layed down 4 coats of white, think its on its 2nd coat in this picture

then i started spraying the red put down 8-9 coats of red

then put down 5 coats of laquer

came in then on saterday mornin and started wet sanding the car with 1200 wet and 3 hours later and my arm about to fall off it looked like this

then put down some fresh masking just incase of any dust stuck in the old stuff, im only re laquering the outside no point doing in the door jams i blended it out at the bottom of the quarter panel to

well another 5-6 coats of laquer and it looked like this ,its only on its 4th coat in the first picture there

heres one of the centre caps i done you can see the difference here beside one thats not polished. had to start off sanding it with 180 grit to remove the laquer then went through the grade 320,600,800,1200,1500,2000 and the machine polished it.

unbelieveable finish man, fair play... Well worth the long hours and wankers cramp!
