I do workstation assessments :) I meant a docking station that either has a screen attached so you just plug in the laptop closed and use a seperate mouse, keyboard and screen or one where it raises up the screen to eye height! If you sit upright the top of the screen should be at eye level + or - 15 degrees (ish) otherwise I guarantee ye you'll get neck cramp. Keyboard should be approx 6 inches from desk edge, just enough to support your wrist, so as to not cause sore wrists. Helps not get cramp as bad when having a peddle! And the further away the screen is the harder your eyes have to work too, all ads up and you'd suprised the difference it makes! cough cough your employer should be doing all this cough
