Had some issues with the front arch catching on the tyre so had to whip out the trusty grinder and shave a bit off, but now the car looks a bit high which makes me want to lower it more and that will have me back at square 1 again. Low is hard work. I think I need to get this thing to a drift day again before the year is out. Driving it on the road is getting boring already and it's hard to not drive the crap out of it everywhere.

Haven't updated this thing in a while due to no internet out in the sticks where I live now, but hopefully that'll be sorted soon.
Anyways, after breaking the shotgun exhaust at Goldstone, I got a nice straight pipe job made in a place called ABCD engineering in Arklow which is quite loud(must get a video at some stage), I'm picking up a Recaro speed for the passo side tomorrow, and I ordered a set of HSD's for the car today, am getting the old bent subframe taken out and a nice straight one put in next week which should sort out the wandering handling. Plans after that are to hopefully sort out the bodywork, stripping it completely inside, and getting extra safety equipment installed over the next month or so. Busy busy. :afro:
Whered you come across the Recaro speed? Lookin for one myself.. Also did ya ever price the paint to spray your whole car? The lad I'm Gettin to do mine said it'll take near €500 in paint and lacquer alone to do the whole car. Did you ever price it?
A local fella quoted me 3k to have the car mint again, who I wont be going back to. lol I got a bumper sprayed befir for €150 and the painter said he made no money on it due to the cost of the paint, it must be pricey stuff.

No pics still, plenty on my Facebook, but this work PC freaks out when I log on there so can't transfer them over. Picked up the HSD's on Tuesday from Dave in Japanese Performance, thanks to him, made a start on stripping the car completely and removing the sound deadening(arsehole of a job), hoping to get that all finished up by Monday, but minding my kid, painting seats, and working is holding me up. :) Although I'm taking a halve day tomorrow so I can get the coilovers in and the subframe fitted. Pics soon, hopefully.

Right, so took a halve day yesterday and made a start on fitting the coilovers at home, but lots of stuff was seized, so ended up waiting until I went to a mates garage and had access to more tools and a lift. Spent a total of 5 hours at it between doing them and swapping out the bent subframe last night and this morning, and now it's all done. :D Next step is finishing the strip out tomorrow afternoon, then booking in for a cage. :)

Did you get all the sound deadening out dude ? You should put it in a box and weigh it, I remember when trev stripped it outta the AE86 shell in the unit it weighed loads !
