sr20det flywheel??

just looking 2 find out can a standard sr20det flywheel be lightend and balanced??

i know in some cars it cnt be done and info on this 1 cheers

No can't be lightened and can be balanced with the crank!

do i hve 2 tke the crank out 2 get it balanced?

and if i buy a lightened flywheel will i hve 2 get it balanced b4 i fit it ?

ideally if your getting something balanced you want anything connected to the crank out being balanced at the same time, then every thing is balanced.

Most aftermarket flywheels are fairly close to being right anyway, unless you want a mega revving engine?

theres a place in england that offered to lighten my oem flywheel, cant rem what exactly they were going to do to it though
