best oils for sr20det?

what would ye recomend?

wats the best grade/make of engine oil for sr20det
also hve a cusco 2way, wat oil would suit it best?

Mobile1 10w50 engine oil
Silkolene (sp) Diff oil

i use castro 10w60 for the engine
and as above for the diff oil

I use Mobil 1 15w/50 engine oil

Castrol B373 Diff oil....

mobil 1 15 w 50 motorsport oil
mobil gear oil for diff

Mobil 1 15w50 fully synthetic, as for the diff redline heavyweight shockproof once youve tried it you wont use anything else

silkolene pro s 10w 50 is very good engine oil
an silkolene diff oil

redline or castrol i have castrol i find it savage for the diff

as for the oil had motual oil it ok
put a differance oil in cant tink of the name
but holds alot better bar pressure then the motual
