bodykit Q"s booted trueno cam

well lads lookin 4 a body kit for a trueno booty cam.... im buildin a track car so just seein if i can get a kit for it....... i was told by prodrifTer86 dat tekno twinky is da man to talk to bout kits and wheels any one dat wants to shed some light on this situation more than welcome :)

The Compomotive ML's are a Watanabe style rim and are finally available in 15x9 with offsets from -24 to 0

Prices are as follows:

Set of four: €940

Standard colours are white and silver

Colour options are Black, Gunmetal and Gold priced: €10 per rim

Diamond Cut rim is available at €20 per rim and you can have any colour centres free

13x8 is also available in offset -24 to +12

ha thats weird! Ill tell you not to buy a kit because youll be wasting your moneys!

If its standard heres what id do form start onwards

ORIGINAL BUMPERS WITH A LIP(it doesnt ever break can change whenever)
DRILL 1 HOLE PER WING/BUMPER(1 cable tie per hole and 2 cable ties in the 2 holes your bumper has pre drilled under the grille area youll 4 cable ties now hold on your bumper)
WELD THE DIFF (sounds farmerish but its the best for you)
STRIP THE INSIDE OUT(cut away inside doors and fixings for now unused acceseries in the rear)
CAGE(cheap bolt in will do there not even that important tbh)
COILOVERS FOR FRONT 8KG SPRING
ADJUSTABLE SHOCKS FOR REAR 6KG SPRING
CAMBER ADJ. TOPS FOR FRONT
ADJ. PANHARD ROD
FIXED BUCKET
HARNESS
STEERING WHEEL(smaller less boatish OMP/etc)
SERVICE THE ENGINE,BRAKES,TRANS,DIFF-OILS ETC(dont fit an oil cooler anytime soon)
4 BRANCH (then weld up straight through to a random jap can or bike can)
CLUTCH(flywheel while your at it)
ADJUST THE STANDARD CASTER FULLY FORWARD(free no-rub)

Once youv all this and have a few trackdays done then pick up a kit if you wish or ignore all this and kearn the hard way that i can gladly say i didnt go.Even before a kit id buy an frp bootlid and bonnet and plastic out the windows too!Then id search yahoo auctions for mega wide (8-9j loww offset 14" SSR,WORK,HAYASHI,ADVAN ETC..) They always make you smile when you look at your 86 and are the most rewarding purchase for me.Youll never have to buy tyres with 14" wheels besides gripy front sets once every year or 2

ya im on ae86 ive few bits got off that... ya its standard ive it painted wit fibre glass wings, cage bolt in, exhaust system,, just need lips a diff for a start and few other bits cant think of at da min

fibre glas wings may have been a bad idea to install at this period of the 86's drift life i pulled my metal wings out of all kinds of shapes bck yo original form i know id through alot of frp wings at this stage i still have metal wings though i haave frp 1's there...

get some pics up if you can by uploading them to photobucket then copying the image code of your upload and pasteing it in your post..(seems your new to all this?just incase)

I wouldn't bother with compomotives at all, at E1000 for a set of 4,you'd have a good set of dishy wheels in from japan for that price:D.
and forget about body kits they just break too easily,stick to the standad bumper with a lip, Mcn sport sell the trueno lips if you don't have one.
And chassis wise just do all that tekno said.

Hey dee! man just paint the bumpers black and those compomotives are nice but maybe too pricey for your budget!... maybe a killian said there put a lip on it and off you go!
