as above have a r33 with a rb25det in it.problem is if you start the car and dont drive but leave it running it will turn itself off after 3 or 4 minutes.there is no turbo timer or anything like that on the car.so what the hell is causing it .its a track car so when you want it to warm up a little first this gets very annoying.
has this happened to anyone else and how did you cure it.
you prob have a turbo timmer in the alarm or the ecu.............
i have one in the alarm on the silvia
no alarms on it.and its doing the opposite to a turbo timer
prob needs an idle control valve adjusting or something....
any other problems?? black smoke/lumpy idle/holding back when its running????
no other problems mick.car is running as it should
Probably a hidden T.T. somewhere like the boys said wether it be a wire or in the alarm or ecu ! :)
there isint ive checked a few times,and if there was why would it be turning it off without the key been turned off
