at goldstone DI day out way mid drift "ish" and gave the clutch a bit of kick and n releasing it the car gave the mother of all bangs which left me rolling to a stop in the middle of the track. now i have no drive at all.:confused: heres a vid to show whats happening from inside the car when i change gears. all stationary by the way. engine and box are sr20det.

thats strange its a head scratcher...id be thinkin bearins or input shaft failure but wouldn be too sure cos dont no much bout gearboxes

is youre clutch a sprung plate type or solid (the solid ones bieing harder on the allready fragile sr box)
just gave a look on youre build thread and there is no pic of the new clutch taken apart
no cant get under it yet its still buried in ice and snow from the epic journey home last night. i should of got a pic of it, it was ice welded to the trailer from the line of the lights down. mental shitQuote:

clutch is an OS Giken twin plate sprung type. the isnt harsh at all it drives/takes off like a standard clutch but can hold uber power. its not the input shaft cause the gears are turning hence the grinding demo and the speed sensor reading that its turning
