1992 rx7 twin turbo

bought this a while back with big plans .since the day i brought it home it never turned a wheel so thought id through it up forsale

its a 1992 model it starts first time hot or cold when it cold it will rev 100% when it hot it will take a rev iv u dont hold the throttle full open (would make u think its a boost leak ) but alway starts an idles 100% hot or cold
its got a s steel exhaust an some sort of aftermarket springs an shocks also has the oem headlights and a new induction kit in the box never fitted an a new steering wheel boss

the body is in pretty good condition to leave it tidy u would paint the front bumper an rear boot lid

Any rust ? Is it on coilovers ?

Says its on aftermarket springs and shocks think japstuff would have said coilovers
