New Galway member

Hello everyone,

Name is Stephen and new to the site although I have been looking at threads on here for a while. Some will know me from other forums (particularly the Honda ones). Been a Honda head since I started driving but always been obsessed with Nissans equally but could not afford to run one in college. Been around Jap stuff and drift cars for since I was like 14 as my brother was big into it and importing back in the day. He is a member on here NISMOylan, has a nice S15 build he has yet to finish. :)

So finally went ahead and got myself into the hardship of turbo Nissan ownership and bought an R33 GTR from Japan and it arrived a couple of months ago and gathering parts and knowledge to rebuild the engine.

welcome GTR's are awesome but wallet bursting i know from bitter experience i do miss it though. best of luck wit the rebuild and get some pics up

Thanks man. Ya I know what Im getting into with RB26s. Thats why I imported one that needed a rebuild as they all inevitably need a rebuild. if I bought a GTS-T id be driving around in it now hopefully it will be worth all the ache for the ultimate Skyline. Anyone I know who had a GTR says the same thing, pain in the ass but they miss them all the same. :) Il get some pics up.
