depends who makes them, but a proper weld is 100% safe!
and yes I would use them on the road no problem. no different to any other steel wheel once well made. heavy bastards though
Had a set of diamond racing steels , super strong but as Peter said super heavy, main reason I shifted them on really.
probably better than rota and most rep's
