importing a car

ive been looking and waiting for the right car for months now but with no luck and was wondering whats really involved in importing a car and how difficult it really is ...... the budget is about 7500 at the moment and preferable looking for a 180 but as i said ive a sweet spot for a few more ...... any advice would be great

Look up jdm auction watch most guys are importing through them and the guy in charge paddy is A1 very helpful and genuine

+1 for this info, what about importing from oz where you already own the car vrt tax ect?

Ya imported a datsun pickup through JDM auction watch he's A1 to deal with, sorts everything out no hassle.

i was onto jdm and there spot on thinking of 180 sr20det as well and they gave me a rough figure which was 4500 all in except 750 to 1k for vrt thats what ur looking at but thats only starting point the more mods and goodies u want the more u pay lol hope this helps
