hey lads would anyone out there have the part number for the release bearing for a manual soarer with a 1jz-gte and an r154 box thanks in advance

There's two types of clutches for them bert as far as i know, push and pull type, prob same bearing but just double check

the clutch is a orc 409 not sure if its push or pull

I don't know a part number but i can tell you release bearing for push and pull clutches are totally different, it'll be worth finding out which one you need
