My Labour of love!!

Well after a year and a half of my first Jap car (Levin ae111) I decided I wanted something;

a) Turbo

b) Rwd

c) Different

So after trawling for cars for sale in Japan I got a ridiculously good deal on this A31 Cefiro!!

Spec is;

RB25DET SERIES 1 engine and box!

Kaaz 2way Diff

Japspeed Turbo elbow and Downpipe

Apexi Decat and 3 inch catback exhaust

Tein fully adjs coilovers

Camber arms

Fully ajustable lower arms all round

Uras body kit

HKS boost controller and turbo timer

Bride bucket seat

apexi oil and water temp guages and apexi boost gauge

few small extra pices that arent reli worth me typing more shit!!

Running a respectable 336.9 BHP with 330 pounds of torque!!

So when she first arrived I needed a few simple things done for NCT,

first was a conceptua Hicas removal kit as the lockout bar meant the old ball joints were showing and even tho they didnt need to work cuz of the lockout bar they wouldnt give me an NCT,
I also needed Tyres and it was cheaper to buy wheels and tyres and i needed some spares!

So this is how she sat after just a month landed and with her NCT!

So after I had the functional stuff done I wanted to change the look of the car......

There was too much white on it (and there still is) so i painted the the door dividers black aswell as the panel between the lights!

And as all I had was 50 quid for paint the wheels were painted Opel OPC Blue!!

Next was the interior, the agent on the phone had not told me there was no rear seats and a dashboard that was fucked, oh the joys of importing ur own car!!

So i fitted R32 4 door rear seats, super comfy and have a sweet armrest!!

Then only a few months ago, Bart from JustJap put me in contact with a lad that fixed my dash!!

thats the spirit man... cant wait to see the new improvements on the wheels/arches..

After a short time on DI I realised if I was to live the real Sedan Lifesyle I was gona have to, sooner or later, get some proper fitment!!

So when an outrageous pair of WEDS came up for sale at a good price from fellow member Copeyhagen, I had to bite the bullet and fork out some cash!!

Plus arches from Kieran (fred balls), may I say Copey and Fred are two sound lads!

So away I went at fitting them, 11.5j -5 offset was a big job!!

And I and the mechanic who helped mould on the arches were both very impressed at how clean the shell was considering the car is 22 years old, no rust at all!!

I took pics of the pieces cut off, i think ul agree thats its completely rust free!

black roof spoiler

Black bootlid lip spoiler, still too much white on the car!!

Spec will be added to 1st post shortly aswell!!

Man with those arches its really changed my opinion on it I love it.... Cant beat our 4 doors we gotta get some Dublin 4 door lifestlyer photos done.with the cars together feeds must be in attendance.too
