As above the t25 turbo won't fit onto the stock ca manifold. The compressor housing is hitting of the mani and won't go onto the mounts fully.:confused:
Is there any way of adjusting the compressor housing so it will fit?????:confused:

yes, you need to remove the big circlip on the comp housing, give the housing a little tap to free it, rotate it, then put back on circlip, roptate it as little as possible to get clearence but so the actuator rod isnt too bent. use the stock t25 actuator, and youll need top run a vacum from the intake to the actuator as the t25g doesnt have the take off on the housing like the old t25:)

no dude, as long as you dont rotate the housing too muh the hks actuaotr shud fit, no dude, thats not the circlip! itll look like this, youll need a good pin nose pliers or a proper circlip pliers toget it off..

the original t25 turbo has a bronze vacum take off on the comp housing to feed the actuator with a boost pressure reading. the t25g doesnt have this, so youll need to feed the actuator with a vacuum feed from the inlet somewhere, i think theres a spare take off blocked under the throttle body...
