i started tis on another site so just gonna copy and paste all the work done so far
spec
brand new hks 25-30 turbo, brand new apexi power fc plug and play,brand new split fire coil packs,hks fuel reg, wide wings, 18"deep dish work equip wheels,wheel spacers,adju front arms and tie rods,tien coil overs, full exaust system,front mount intercooler,hydralic hand brake k sport,full weld in 6 point rool cage new,harness and bucket seat,boost gauge,tow eyes, cut off switch, fire ext fitted,deep dish steering wheel,turbo timer, boost controller,320 bhp proven,very fast car ,two way diff,spare wheels,full uras drift kit,2.5 rb25det engine,

plans for it r a remap to e85 soon so ill have to get bigger injectors will be going for the biggest ones i can fit wit the stanard fuel rail and inlet manifold
also today i went and ordered the full driftworks suspension kit for a 32 to elimate the hicas rear steering front camber arms and this will give me full adjustment of the suspension all round tis will mean ill have to flare the rear arches then or go wit wider rear arches as the wheels will be straight at the back then and the 10j rims i have will be to wide

also on my list of things to do is sort the interior as imo its left very rough looking for tis im gonna strip off all the sound deadening treat any surface rust on the interior from the welded in cage hammerite the floor and spray over the floor white next im gonna get a mad colour undecided yet probably kawaski green or something and spray the cage
also have door cards got for the doors so gonna get these and cut them down to fit around the cage and fit them as the doors look very rough just left bare
also as its a track car its gonna need a good set of tyres so ive just got a seruios good deal on federal 595rsr,s so im gonna be ordering a set of these for the front as soon as money allows might also decide to get a set of back ones as well if i decide im gonna do a lot of track days or time attack

will keep tis updated as the car develops but its gonna be slow as money is tight at the min:(
all im looking from the car at the min is for it to be a reliable track car and a good starter base to start drifting probably wont do any drift events tis yr but will try to do as many track days as i can afford
small update got all the arms into the car and the brakes sorted so took her for a test spin up in stonies place today car ran savage all day after we sorted earlier problems wit a bottom ball joint:D
towards the end of the day i started getting braver not got on a small track and spun off and hit the quarter panel not bad damage done thou nothing a sledge cant sort out:D
also got word tat my rsr,s r nearly here for the front cant wait to get these on and get rid of the non responsive front end of the car
also managed to pick up a stantard front and rear bumper for the car will be spraying these shortly and the car is set for club class in time attack
will get pics and videos of the weekend up during the week:happy)
hopefully all will go as well now next weekend in mondello:D
small update as the interior is horrid looking i think at the min i started to try and sort it all out today so stripping the sound deadening its a slow boring job:mad) gone spray all the panels on the inside and then spry the cage at different colour colours im thinking at the min r silver floor and panels and yellow cage heres a few progress pics i took today

i also got a front and back stantard bumpers and fitted and sprayed them
also out on the track the other day for a track day i noticed my brakes seruiosly sucked so gonna try upgrade the fronts now next either wit a disc and pad upgrade or a 350z brembo upgrade
bit more done now all the inside is sanded down to bare metal wit a grinder and wire brush very slow job but all the sound deadening is gone at last bar some left in the boot tat ill crack on at once it stops raining and a bit under the dash tat ill get at some stage when ive the dash out of it
most of the inside of the car is painted now but ive no pics as battery went dead in the camera heres a two pics of some of the work if the weather is good ill hopefully have finished pics tomorrow evening

right all finished at last just to give it all a good clean and polish now gonna start prepping the body next for spraying now so should have a start on tat soon if the weather improves:D also gonna make checker plate mats and fit fit them in the passenger and drivers foot well to protect the paint from wear should have new wheels as well so gonna fit them and maybe spray them as well wit sticky tyresbt:)

tats all work done up date for the min
well not been much going on the car here lately just been doing a few track days and drift days and was out for japfest car ran perfectly and just needed new brake pads front and rear for the fronts i fitted a set of mintex i got off baz in bsp imports seem to be holding up to the job good so far
for the back i fitted stantard cheap pads as they dont need to be heated to get to full potential for the hydro handbrake good for drifting on not so good for doing track days on as they ended up on fire at the sxoc trackday also to run more camber on the front i fitted s14 bottom arms which increases the width a lot and means i can run a lot more camber

so next plans is front tyres the federal rsrs r n just need to collect them now and get them fitted and tr them out:D
also asmy self and my mate don and neil in calicages racing are setting up our own drift and racing team were going spraying the cars up the same so ill be starting tis soon heres a pic of wat the three cars will eventually look like when completed cant get a full pic a the car but if someone has one they might stick it up please:D

were gonna run the 3 cars the same colours and graphics
got all the materials for painting to day so will stick up pics during the week as the car progress,s alone will be finished all going well for modified motors in punchtown next month so if anyone has drift ireland stickers bring them along and ill buy a few and stick them on:D
tyres came in today eventually after a long wait gonnaget them stuck on at the weekend and testthem out at the next track day:D

Well funny enough i run kuhmo v700 on the front of my 32 and in mondello on full tilt i often get smoke off the front tires and chunks of rubber on the mirrors. :rolleyes: Ah i like those wheels let me know if you decide to rid of them

tat from when they heat upto much and just start to disentegrate happened me agood few times wit cheap rimson the front

well got the body sprayed last nite and over the weekend on the car cleaned down the kit tonight so gonna prim it and paint it tomorrow nite then thursday nite i hopeto get the whole car buffed down and by the weekend get the stickers onto it few sneak pics so far

I think you should loose the rear wiper, replace the p.s headlight with a vent + tint the windows :cool:

all wit time man im hoping to get a wide arch kit and fibre glass bonnet and boot for the next time im doing the bodywork on it its all just money atm:o

right work has been slow on tis the last while as lack of money and just general fed up of cars so tis week i started on ordering all the parts to get it up to spec and up the horsepower slightly and make it more reliable
to make it more reliable im going running e85 which should also give me more power and torque wit a bit of luck also going moving the intercooler up and back so it sits just in front of the radiator which means shorter intake and turbo pipes but also meaning ill have to ditch my headlights going to have to work aroud tis and see wat i can do for front lights nearer the time
also as ill be running e85 ill be needing a bigger fuel pump so ill be getting neil in calicages racing to make a swirl pop while hes making my custom intercooler pipe and ill also be running a walbro fuel pump in the tank and a bosch 044 to feed the injectors
first order was a front mount intercooler which i got off taffy as my old one got all twisted out of shape and wont sit where i want it two
next up was to get a inlet manifold so i could run bigger cheap injectors got tis of chris on the sxoc as he has a change of plan about his 25 converion and is now going rb26 so should have tat during the week
im getting 2 sets of evo 6 in jectors of a member on a different forum so should have these during the week as well as standard evo 6 injectors r 560cc,s and cheap as chips to buy
left to get is a bosch fuel pump so if anyone knows where to get one of these on the cheap new let me know please all going well ill hope to have it all fitted and mapped for the first round of prodrift
started tis the other nite front mount now fitted up and fitted just need to get pipes made up now for it and get new samcos
also started to take the inlet manifold off its a big of a job wit the bolts in hard to reach and get places
also collected some more bits will get pics up tomorrow
one of the lads also got a 4.9 final drive so depending on wat way his works i could be tempted to order one

yes its ready to bolt on mate just have to find a feed somewhere for the turbo for a water line

all tats left to do now is fit the new bosch 044 and throttle cable of an s14 and it,ll be hopefully be ready for mapping wednesday pics later on or tomorrow

Looks like its gonna be nice and tidy lookin forward to seen it painted the inside is the job fair play to ya i need to do that to mine but been putting it off looks like alot of work but its soooo n ice when its done, how exactly did you get all that sound prof stuff off just chisel it off was it?????

well after a stressful day today of boost pipes bursting and blowing off and a few other small problems im glad to say its mapped didnt get the power i was hoping for as the injectors were maxing out but needless to say im well happy wit the power in it at .7 bar of boost the injecors were nearly maxed but it made 280 at the wheels and about the same in torque the power equats to about 338 at the flywheel and the same torque
after a long day id just like to say a big thanks to john in west coast performance for bringing up the dyno and his useful information and stiv in mod docs for the mapping :)
also a big thanks to all the lads who helped me today sorting it

they r im running e85 it uses a nice bit more fuel
fuel pressure was set to 3 bar and rising as the revs increase i think
wheni bought the car i was told it was a 2530 but john did work on it for the prvious owner and he thinks it is a hks gtrs
it was also a dyno dynamics rolling road i was on which r meant to be quiet hard to make good power on was told if it was tried on other rolling roads it would make more power

they could of had i suppose im not to sure im not tat up on tat end of thingsit runs and im happy wit it at the min ill get thousand cc injectors when money allows again and run it on a higher boost then
i havent booked it yet gonna try in the morning and see if theres spots left heard its full thou:mad:so ill probably just head up to stones
righto loads a work to be done before the weekend for prodrift after blowing loads a boost pipes the weekend all new boost pipes and connectors r being build tis week also as the manifold flange is all warped im changing tat to an apexi one i have here and also going fitting an external wastegate for more noises

things is looking up pipe from intercooler to inlet manifold is made and ready to be fitted
apexi manifold has the new t3 flange made up and welded on
forward facing lights put on and wired not the greatest looking but hey cant be helped wit the way ive the intercooler installed
all ive left to do now is make new down pipe new exhaust to intercooler pipe buff it get the stickers on thursday and check the map on it looking good for fri at last
well cars not gonna be out for prodrift the weekend:mad)

ill be up for a look tomorror is all ted bar i cut the bonnet and leave the turbo elbo facing straight out the bonnet turbo is facing the opposite way now due to switching from bottom mount to top mount just literally difnt have time for the new oil and waterfeeds to be in or the newturbo elbow to be made and the down pipe made
if money allows ill do the drift pratice day in mondello nextweekend
