Was going to removal it because I want to tidy up engine bay and I hear its not much use after 100,000kms. Should I still vent the petrol tank or just plug the line??

Vent the tank. You will have a smell of petrol in you engine bay though. I removed it on mine and and it vents to the atmosphere without any problems.

Was thinking about disconnecting the line back near the petrol tank. Looks like there is some sort of filter just over the subframe. Don't really fancy the thought of petrol vapour around the engine bay.

theres a vent for the charcoal canister that come out of it an goes into the chassis leg thro a plastic clip/pipe under the canister itself jus connect the tank line to the plastic pipe an it vents into the chassis leg rather than the engine bay an jus plug up the pipes that go to the throttle body
