Well lads,
have my sil80 build with a s14 engine(uk) completed now but its overboosting way to much, the boost gauge is reading 1.25 bar on runs, ive checked by using a differnt boost gauge and get the same reading so i know thats acurate!!

Would the camshaft sensor have anything to do with this? I timed it and think its right?
I have the boost pipe coming from the i/c next to the inlet mani and running straight to a manual boost controller and straight to the actuator with the boost controll solinoid still plugged in, i had it plummed to the boost controll solinoid but no change.
I can move the actuator by hand the last time i checked so that should be working ok??
Could the turbo be fecked at all??
I blocked off a few of the vacume lines comin outa the inlet mani any one tell me could that cause it??

Need to get this sorted asap as im headin to the drift day in goldstones and cant run it the way it is!!!
Thanks in advance!!

my guess would be a fooked actuator. or its an adjustable one and you have it set wrong

bypass that manual boost controler just run the vacume pipe strait from the main boost pipe at the trotle body it should make around 0.5 to 0.8bar on a stock acuator if not then try the other actuator
