After doing the CityWest video a number of people said to me about the lack of engine sounds and tbh i agree to a certain degree but overall i like to leave it out of my videos - so the solution?

Raw! and in this case Prodrift Raw - just raw, unmessed with footage, no slo-mo or anything like that - just exactly how it came off the camera (bar necessary editing).

From now on once i do an event i will do a raw video and then a few days later i will have my music video uploaded.

i like without the music! i think you vids shud have no rock music but maybe sumting else in the background aswell as more tyre and engine noise

TBH i think im doing too many videos - i may cut it down to just a video every two events. And maybe a music video now and again.

As far as the music goes - i'll be changing it about a bit - first PD one wasnt rock and this one was - it will change from video to video. I know the last UDC one was rock but then again its a different series and very few PD fans take notice of it :)

TBH i prefer to hear the cars/tyres screeching ect personally i think music over all drift vids sucks balls :D

Thats cool - least your honest Stevo. TBH with the lack of interest i may just start doing "Raw" type videos.

Not worth my while spending a full day planning and another day editing if i get no feedback - point in case is the UDC video, very disheartening.

Think the main thing is if lads watch whichever you upload first raw or music the second vid will never get as much of a response as everyone has seen it if ya get me..

Had to laugh at the part where the Japspeed lad is straight on his entry n oul Dennis just comes completely sideways into the shot, god i love that mans style :)

I think i need to take a different direction with my music video.

go onto driftbloggers and look at the vid from Formula D at seattle and thats the music you need! it make it happy and shows the community! your music is very dark and emo! lol:p

believe it or not im more into hiphop, rnb and rap and so on - i had a track for CityWest chosen but i didnt get the couple of shots i needed to make them work for the song so i decided to use the next song i was thinking of which was BiffiClyro.

Seems i cant please everyone as when i used hiphop tracks n my earliest videos (non drift ones) i got slated for it.

Dont worry folks the music videos will not be happening as often now - just RAW

I like the music, it adds to your vids Patrick, I also like the raw vids, but can't help but think there's something missing lol, bit of both is the job :)

Think the first vid of UDC a while back had a pumpin ass hip hop track iirc, loved it!

Top work, great video. A mix between music and raw would be my opinion but regardless of that a great watch:D

No worries, yea its Paul. Only reason i asked i pulled of some sick entry on the lap is all. Any chance of seeing more footage of me? I dont mind donating some pennys :D
