ok so intially i believed the low and rough idle on my redtop 180 was due to sum uprated cams (as i was told by previous owner) however from im led to believe there are just standard cams now
Now i am curious as to why she idles low and abit rough @ 800rpm
she drives spot on, boosts well and does not spike or creep.
when driving hard, there is a strong smell of oil from the exhaust.
what i want to knw is why she is idling low and rough and if its a more serious problem??
running a IC, 4branch with de-cat, t25, standard internals nd injectors

could it be the injectors?
the intake pipe which is kinked?
Worn rings?
also did a compression test and there is a constant 100 -110 psi across all cyclinders
