Go to

www.tinypic.com --->
Click "Browse" --->
Find the pictures on your hard drive and click "Open" --->
Then in the "Resize" option click "Message Board (640x480)" --->
Click "Upload Now" --->
Once its finished uploading copy/paste the 2nd link down that begins with [IMG] and paste it in here and your pictures will come up.
