Well fella's bought this last weekend. Cant Fault the car at all. Very tight to drive no knocks or bangs v v clean pockets/sills/underneath. Great car. Drove for 4hrs on way home and couldn find a thing wrong with it so happy out. Unfortunately I bought the car on a Friday and was told the following tuesday (yesterday) that I was being made redundant (After 5 years). Great timing lol. So think I may have to get rid of this in the near future but I will see how things are panning out.

wow! thats impressice looking! good job on the tacky sticker removings. Those wheels are the business, serious offset! Only thing im not fond of is the arch position, looks very high on the wings/quarters? Or maybe you just need to lower it lots:D Best of luck with it!

Its on the floor as it is!! Very low. I think the arches were just mounted slightly high on the original arch. Most of the original arch is there only half the lip was cut. It really doesn stand out as much in person. When I was first looking at pics of it I was worried about that too but when I seen it I had to have it.

Well Docco, Home a couple of weeks unfortunately. Think I will be out again by the end of the year on a stop over on way to oz. To be honest dont think I would swap for s14 although I wouldn mind getting a look at her some weekend. Would deal the s14 & vzr for it alright :)

TBH neither am I but this is one that stood out so it swayed me. I had it in my head that I was buyin a standard cam bodywise with flared arches an wide wheels sitting on the floor but changed my mind when I ween this. Thanks for the comments.............

Wont be dropping it any more than it is. Its just the arches that make it seem higher than it actually is!!

Cool looking cam, but them arches are mounted around 6 inches too high, makes it look odd, especially the back. Might be worth your while getting them dropped down to the proper position, would make the car look seriously angry!

HaHa 6 inches is a bit over the top. There would be no where to fix them if I dropped them that much. But would def look in to droppin them.

not a squeek or a rattle best ae86 ive ever driven
who says coilover are too had for the road should take a spin in this its sweet

Are the rear turrets reinforced? the majority of ae86 iv seen that have had coilovers and spring in one rather than the seperate shock and spring have had cracked turrets or damaged where you can see the paint cracked etc..
Somthing iv been looking into while reviewing the new driftworks kit...
the guys are right though the car need to go more low! makes the bn sport kit an cby arches pointless if you dont although as its a road car its gona break your heart unless your open minded for cracks and stuff like myself:D

nope no need for reinforcing
we have had zero problems with them, basic rule of thumb is if your can is a nice rust free example u will have no problems
cars that crack etc are all rusty bad tired shells and will crack anyway with standard type springs as stress is focused in the same area
the kit you named would be no comparison to the performance of our set up

FFS Have you never jump started a good car lad? The battery is fucked from the car not being used fuck all for the past 8or9 months. Fairly minor problemo in my eyes anyways.

Had to let go of it. Made redundant last monday and couldn turn down cash monies just at the moment. On the look out for something cheap at the moment.

I lost money on it :D . There wasn a chance of me keepin the WATS off it dont worry I tried lol. Didn get a chance to look at that rx this eve maybe 2moro or wednesday.

Let the supra go for 7500 in the end. Loved the car but just needed rid of it cause I could really afford it at the mo but I will own a big single turbo supra in the future. Goin lookin at a sexy fc rx7 now for decent money.
