Depends on what level your drifting at. My standard handbrake in the 180 is great, locks up solid in a straight line

Edit: Do you mean hydraulic handbrakes?

Hydraulic ones? ive never had one. there damn good when there installed properly, but loads of people fail at doing so. The cheapest option is making your oem one work well, its what i have and i love it! works grand. I had one of those spin turn knobs in the handbreak in the ae86 and the cefiro but i dont like them..i like having the mechanism for some reason!

isnt it just a button that disables the fixing point if you release the original one?..
Same as if you had the original button always pressed in, no?

basicly yeah, its a button without the spring, if you want to have the handbrake on you gotta pull the button out.

yep and then you flick the button (ooer) out with your thumb when parking.
I have one on my Trueno and its a great little thing. Then again I also have super drum brake powers so I dont need a hydro wand :D
