R32 rear subframe swaps

Looking to replace my rear subframe on my r32 to get rid of hicas which is best to use s13 s14 or s15 and what else has to be replaced as in suspension arms hubs and coilovers

I've got S13 rear subframe in mine, has solid subframe bushes s13 adjustable toe arm in rear and polybush replaced the HICAS balljoints. Completely removed HICAS and replaced with R33 rack but you can do a couple things there really
