LarZ' black S14a

I recently got a mad urge to get an s14, after years of almost writing them off as cars that i would never own, I just got the urge.. you guys know how it is. I asked around, found a few but there was one in particular that i got excited about and that's the one i brought home the other day.

Firstly, it's a UK 200sx. This has benefits (insurance) but the main thing that will spring to mind is RUST! I was assured by the owner, who by the way didn't advertise the car as for sale as he had only recently gotten it himself, that it was "the cleanest UK 200 he had ever seen, cleaner than most japs in the country". I took this with a pinch of salt, but much to my surprise there's very little that it needs other than two tiny rust patches being welded up.

The spec:

coilovers (unknown brand)
HKS Silent Power exhaust
cone air filter
Jap rear bumper (and JDM fog light lol)

Other than that it's completely standard. Open diff and all. Manual SR20DET.

Plans right now are to polish it up and tidy up the bodywork. It's being polished today by a local fella. I got tyres for it yesterday too. standard wheels still :)

Same boat as yourself I had all s14 wrote off as not for me but I really want one now albeit my money is all going to fuel my build

Cheers dude. Yeah i dunno what it is... i can't explain it. The turbo is a big appeal to me as my ps13 is only non turbo and slow as shite. I was going to do the 2jz swap on that but really only want to drive s-bodies lol.

It's gone off now to get polished anyways. I hope it comes up ok!

It's back from RS Detailing and the results speak for themselves. The car needs some minor bodywork, namely the bonnet is in rough condition, front bumper needs some paint and there are dents in the driver's side wing and the roof from a tree falling on it before I got it. Anyways, here are the results!

Yeah i prefer the amber myself. Clears suit a kitted car better imo.

Had great intentions for this, but real life kicked in and i just can't afford to be spending money on another s-body. Sold, best of luck to new owner
