Would this fit a RB25 ? What about the coolant hose, that is on the stock manifold i think ?

Nope won't fit a 25 dude
The reservoir that's been machines in the pic relocates the water pipes and keeps flow coolent only runs trough the trottle body as far as I remember was going to do away with that but can still be done as it's running stock trottle body
