Hi All,

Just realised I never actually made a newbie post...

So, Hi :)
I'm Matt, same user name on AEU86, Driftworks and a few others.

Joined to look at build threads and for sale threads for AE86 parts and wheels.

I've got a 85 Levin Booter, 20v BT and other bits and bobs. Very recently had some BIG problems with it but hey ho...c'est la vie.
I look forward to having my car back so I can start on my build thread!

Saw someone was selling a few blacktops so thought I would introduce myself instead of looking like a random that's come out from nowhere!

Cheers,
Matt

Cheers guys.

A couple of old pics - Paintworx sticker removed for Jimmy Up sticker. SSRs relegated to skid rims due to being buckled, now on Grid Vs: 7x15 et15 and 8x15 et0 with 25mm spacers on back, Federal 595RSRs all round.

Cheers buddy.
None yet unfortunately fella, I've literally driven it for less than 5 days since I bought it on August 15th :(
(EDIT - That was actually a lie, I have a quick snap but doesn't really do it justice )

Drove it back from Belfast to Larne, then Cairnryan, home and drove about for a few days and a gremlin got into the electrics.

Ditched the COP conversion after a load of issues, engine re-wire, new ECU, S-86 dizi relocation kit and magnecor custom lead set later, she sparked up.

After that, I got the rack pulled out for an AW11 manual rack and the engine started death rattle like a goodun :( think it was just oil starvation after sitting for too long but who knows, fecked now.
Plan is to get a 20v in to replace the current one and rebuild the current one properly in the winter - Head Cleanup, Cams, Rods, Pistons.

Once I've got the replacement engine sorted, I can give it a proper clean and get some pics up.
The wheels were fitted in the workshop and I'll guess they've done 30 miles max.
