blitz boost controller settings

When I got a car, boost warning was set at 1 bar. Few people told me that it is too much for standard rb20 with standard turbo on them.

What would be safe number i should drop it to, 0.9 or 0.8? And it has few settings as well numbers 37, 38, 28, 0, off, at the minute it set at 37. Anybody could explain to me please how i should set it up properly??

Can anybody help me? Does anybody have one and can explain to me how to use setting? Sorry for silly question but I am only learning, its my first turbo car and I don't want to blow it up.

This helped me set up the one in my PS13! Unsure of the safe boost level on R32s maybe try putting up a thread on skyline owners club :)

Sorry for delay with reply. Yes it is dual sbc. Ive checked the link and it made it more clearer, but still unsure of how to read few things and what they mean. Dropped boost down to 0.85, and set it to 4th setting that was saved on it and number is 28, now actually havent a clue what it means, but will try to find out as I want to know. Cheers for your help :)
