Well lads sold my 4 door rb26 r34 off to UK, picked this up to replace it!
had wanted it with years! brought two friends two members off here to have a look at her, couldnt fault the car at all!!! owner really took great care of it, garaged etc. He was the first and only owner since import in 2007.

Nope, gramlights are staying. But in saying that, I am getting a set of spare wheels for it off Dave @JDMDistro.
will have another class set of wheels but the look of the car will not be changing, will not alter Kazama's look of the car. and cheers too man, i love it myself :) can see myself keeping this for a VERY long time.

cheers lad, il upload some more pics tomorrow of what ive been up to.. i spent about 4 hours the other day pulling the whole boot apart took out carpet etc and cleaned whole boot etc like factory now. car is a spotless example i am delighted with it
decobyrne106 on here removed the old carbon wrap on the outside door sills and recovered it for me, the japs are mad for doing this on all sills seemingly, when i brought in my r34 same thing was done. its done perfect now looks new too

Seen this in the flesh best example of a 180 and prob one of the cleanest and coolest in Ireland so many cool and rare bits on the car!

then was onto the bride gear gaiter, was a nuisance to do but didnt take as long as i thought!

my phone never saved the after pic with the kazama gear knob back fitted. phone being shit as usual!!

here is some pics of the carbon door sides after a fresh wrap! (thanks to decobyrne106 for doing this for me haha, he took his time with a heat gun and removed the old faded and then re-wrapped them for me! this being done seems to be very popular in japan!)

then i went at fitting my double din, removed all the dash and pulled out radio etc, its hardwired in and i hadnt the patience today to even tend to having a go at fitting the new double din!! so i left it and fitted everything back!

rest of the day was tending to the daily drivers!! bit of help from me brother and cleaned the yaris from head to toe! and managed to service the avensis while time allowed!!

Love this car, the way anything has been done to it is done properly and the shell itself is bone dry and not a brack on it!

Brand new Tomei Expreme Ti exhaust ordered . Long weekend in Japan so won't leave til Tuesday or Wednesday though but hopefully in time for japfest.
They are a serious exhaust, sound amazing and they told me they are actually pretty light.

We had a closer look at the exhaust on it. It's a hks exhaust too, but doesn't suit car imo. To short or something odd about it!

Anyway looking forward to the new exhaust should sound awesome.

anyway thanks to dec who sorted a slight misfire for me, gave me his plugs from his drift car some NGK BKR8EIX while i await new ones to arrive.. car ran absolutely perfect then. was delighted no misfire and ran smoothly. car is well able to move!!!!

enjoyed the day, drifting was immense! good day out, felt slightly dissapointed that some the shite vag stuff got in and one or two terrible examples of cars into the paddock like a white ep2 civic with red wheels, a mazda 6 on wolfrace katanas among a few other crap!

anyway dropped the car to WKD imports then wednesday gone there, for a full once over and a full service

shes being dropped back out to WKD imports in the next 2 weeks for the suspension to be set up a little better more to suit me!

Also some new plans for the car, car runs on a MOTEC ecu, so after wesley showing me his motec dash the other day and how it works etc we had a chat and i decided to go for a MOTEC dash for my own too. will work nicely with the motec ecu and it can display alot more stuff. not cheap but i feel it will be well worth it.. also have few bits that were shipping from Jesse streeter last week to arrive. some had to come by ship so wont be here for 6-9 weeks but most will be here in the next week.

will have some better updates in next 10 days or so.

so fitted the rear, handy 10 minute job!

as for the front, i hit some problems, brembo brakes and there is a bigger master cylinder and it sticks out way more then standard and seems to block me front fitting strut across. friend came up with a idea im gonna try and hopefully it will fit.

Plans for this week are to fit the carbon dash inserts and fit the new JVC double din radio, also get it out to WKD imports for a few suspension tweaks and setup.

bought one or two more nice bits from japan too, should be here soon :)

I would have loved too, little boy is nearly 3, have to concentrate on buying a house while the market is low as its steadily increasing every day!

all cars will be sold, buying something normal, it will be nice but 4 door. and my wages wont be constantly be spent every week on aftermarket parts

edit - you come to a certain point in life where you realise that a car sitting in the garage for 50 weeks of the year is not the right thing when you have a child, Absolutely loved this car. such a awesome car to drive etc. Definetly the best car ive owned easily. someone else deserves it more then me, where it will be used!
