Someone good with auto electrics

Wiper stalk isnt wokin at all and the air con is stuck on full blast, pretty sure its a bad earth somewhere but I cant figure it out, dont want to drive the car with the wipers bein fuct but its in a BIG indoor workshop in Bray Co, Wicklow. I'll cover travel expenses (within reason) and there'll be a few quid in it for anyone who can fix it of course.
